Domestic & international shipping

All orders are shipped from Maryland, USA. Orders will be on schedule to ship in 1 business week, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

[REEUPS] is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to I [REEUPS] upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped I am not at fault for your package being misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply. Please contact managereeups@gmail.com and I will try my best to assist you with this matter. 

returns & exchanges

Return receipt will be packaged with every order. Returns and/or exchanges are only applicable for orders placed for the incorrect size. Contact managereeups@gmail.com with return tracking info once item is shipped for the exchange process. [In a situation where the item is sold out there will be a delay on the exchanges and we will communicate that to the customer.]
